User experience design (UXD or UED) is the process of enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and the product. User experience design encompasses traditional human–computer interaction (HCI) design, and extends it by addressing all aspects of a product or service as perceived by users. Consideration should be given to the source of visitor and the objectives of the visitor. A key aspect for user experienced design is testing outside of the immediate group. An outside perspective balanced with known winning techniques should be considered for web page development.
A healthy ratio from at least three of the four available sources of visitor is recommended to provide a balanced traffic route to your websites. All activities are supported by our unique Internet Key Performance Indicator system, which monitors financial metrics and your return on investment. An ongoing relationship model is also deployed which means we would work together for a minimum of 12 months as joint owners of the Internet Strategy.
